Why DDW Journal?

There are plenty of amazing wellness-focused journals out there. However, we’d yet to find a version that encompassed a full wellness routine in one cohesive place that is short, sweet, and satisfying to complete. Daily Dose is a simple reflection tool to help you build habits that have lasting impact on your brain and body.
